In a tranquil village setting, less than 3 miles from the sandy beach at Paignton, The Old Mill and the four adjoining single-storey holiday cottages, imaginatively converted from former farm buildings, retain splendid original roof beams and stone walls. All around the same pretty courtyard garden with a pond and fountain, they are attractively furnished in a ‘New England’ style.

Kitchen: With electric cooker, Gas hob, Dishwasher, microwave and fridge.
Bedroom 1: With four poster double bed with French doors and en-suite with shower over bath, and toilet.

Travel cot located in cottage (own bedding required) and highchair can be reserved in advance.
On site there is also a laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer (all shared with other properties on-site).
The grounds include a graveled and grassed courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Private parking for 1 car.
